1. We deliver to all postal addresses around India. Courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses, so we request you to provide a complete street address with the pin code.We delivery Internationally in all the deliverable area or Country.
2. Our courier agents include FedEx, DTDC, Bluedart, Delhivery, India Post, Mahavir Express, XpressBess, Ecom Express, Amazon Couriers, and more. There is usually no delivery on Saturdays and Sundays in most cities as they follow a 5-day workweek. However, we may be able to arrange a Saturday delivery in certain cases at an additional cost.

7-Day Easy Exchange

We offer a 7-day easy exchange from the date of delivery.

You can request an exchange if:

• You received a damaged or defective product.
• You received an incorrect product or size.
• You wish to exchange for another available size.
• You would like to exchange for another product of equal or higher value (price difference, if any, will be payable)

1. We do not accept items with tags removed. These items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
2. If you receive the wrong product, a video of the parcel opening is mandatory. (If you don't have a video of the parcel opening, our company will not be responsible as we take a full video footage when dispatching the order from our office.)
3. Once we receive the returned product, the refund amount will be credited to your account within 6 to 10 working Days

Refund Deductions

• Only the product amount will be refunded if product is damage, wrong size,wrong Products.
• Shipping charges, Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, are non-refundable.

5. Color and Description Disclaimer.
- Customers are advised to keep in mind that there might be slight color differences due to the nature of fabric colors. Although extra care is taken to reproduce the exact colors as seen on your monitor, slight variations may occur due to factors such as monitor resolution, video card, operating system, and internet browser. Fabrics can reflect different shades under varying light conditions. A difference of up to 10% in shades is considered normal.
- Customers choosing items with hand-embroidery and sequin work should understand that the shine may change due to the nature of the embroidery and photo shoot effect. Despite the best handling, this issue cannot be fully avoided. Therefore, please keep this in mind when placing an order for such products.

6. For the International customers we will exchange the order or repair the products.If you do not like the product then you can send back to us with 7 days with proper condition & Tag.We don’t accept return without Tag.

7. Damaged and Defective Goods
i. Complaints must be made within 48 hours of receiving the item.
ii. Complaints should be emailed with the order number and product code. A picture of the defective part must be sent for verification.
Our team will review the complaint within one business day and offer a solution:
a) Immediate replacement of defective goods, free of charge.
b) A credit note offered to you.
c) Full refund immediately.

Refund Process

1. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. Returns cannot be processed after 7 days.

3. We will handle the return process on our side, so please have the return parcel ready. Our office team will arrange the return pickup from your address within 1 to 2 days.
4. Once we receive your return parcel, we will check the product and process the refund within 24 hours. (Refund will be made once the returned product is inspected.) .
5. If you return a product after wearing it within 7 days, we will inform you that the product is non-refundable, and it will be sent back to you. Refunds will be Credited within 1 to 4 days after the return is received.

Exchange Policy

1. We kindly request you to check the size chart before placing an order.
2. If the size is not a perfect fit, you can exchange it. However, you must return the product to our address for the exchange. (The customer will bear the shipping charge for the second shipment).
3. We Will Exchange the Size One Time as Per Your Request. However, No Further Exchanges or Returns Will Be Possible After That.

Exchange Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

• An unboxing video and clear photographs are mandatory.
• After approval, the customer must ship the product to the Angasudha return address at their own expense.
• Once the replacement is ready, the customer must arrange pickup through their preferred international courier from our warehouse.
• The replacement must be collected within 45 days from the date we notify you that it is ready. If it is not collected within 45 days, Angasudha reserves the right to cancel the exchange request without any further liability.

International shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, import fees, and courier charges are the customer's responsibility.
